Project Manager - Marketing (Social-first)

📋 Description

• Own project execution, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Develop project plans covering phases, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and required resources.
• Manage project scope, SOWs, budgets, estimates, and hours tracking.
• Estimate team hours and resource needs across project phases and monitor actual hours against
• Coordinate resources and work with team leads to staff projects according to expertise and
• Partner with Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, and leadership teams to align

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience within a creative or marketing agency.
• Strong experience managing social-first or social media brand campaigns.
• Experience managing complex, multi-phase creative projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SOWs, budgets, project estimates, hours tracking, and resource planning.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Client Service/Account, Strategy, Creative, Production
• Strong understanding of social media and integrated campaign execution.
