Project Manager (On-site)

📋 Description

• Work directly with the Managing Partner to plan, organize, and execute a variety of executive-level
• Act on behalf of the Managing Partner in communications with internal teams, vendors, and outside
• Drive projects forward independently — anticipate roadblocks, follow up proactively, and push
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as the Managing Partner's needs shift
• Obtain and compare quotes from vendors and service providers to support decision-making
• Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner and internal departments to keep projects moving

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in professional services (law, finance, insurance, healthcare admin, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to improve workflows, streamline systems, and lead through change
• Comfortable using data and metrics to track performance and drive accountability
• Strong communication and leadership presence
• Fast learner with a bias toward action and big-picture thinking
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
