• Organize and support daily program activities
• Identify optimization opportunities for program objectives
• Manage end-to-end implementations and project plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
• 3+ years with PBM, payer, or pharmacy consulting; healthcare data focus
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams and change management
• 1+ years in health insurance regulation/compliance
• 1+ years with technical teams, integrations, or product management
