Project Manager, Private Equity

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit senior industry experts with private equity exposure for our teleconferences.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to secure expert participation.
• Work closely with our moderators to understand subject matter and manage the team to source the
• Track and manage expert pipelines, ensuring consistent engagement and conversion.
• Train and mentor a team of Associates, helping them develop strong recruiting and communication
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience, including at least 1 year as a Project Manager.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach (e.g., cold calling, cold emailing).
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage senior executives.
• A data-driven approach to outreach, tracking efforts and optimizing conversion rates.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
