📋 Description

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects from initial scope development and planning
• Develop and coordinate detailed scopes of work in collaboration with field leadership and design
• Establish, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure milestones and delivery deadlines are
• Track project budgets, costs, and performance metrics, identifying variances and implementing

• At least 8 years of project management experience, preferably in residential construction or custom
