Project Manager, Surveys

📋 Description

• Lead panel-only and full-service quantitative survey projects from kickoff through final data file
• Provide practical research guidance on questionnaire design, sampling approaches, fieldwork
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party sample, panel, and translation
• Coordinate research operations across survey programming or hosting, panel/sample providers
• Perform data quality checks and cleaning in Microsoft Excel while maintaining strong standards for
• Provide dependable coverage during Pacific Time working hours

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in quantitative market research
• Proven ability to own and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Practical experience working with panel or sample providers, survey programming or hosting
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience handling PII
• Highly autonomous, resourceful, and proactive
