Project Manager Team Lead

📋 Description

• Own the Operational P&L for your region across all active IPs: revenue, costs, gross margin
• Expand your IP portfolio into new cities — identify venues, negotiate with local partners, and
• Adapt global IPs to your local market: production format, casting, logistics, and programming —
• Drive continuous improvement in ratings and customer satisfaction; diagnose root causes of quality
• Grow add-on revenue streams (merchandising, upsells, F&B, brand partnerships) and support new
• Monitor and own the operational KPIs of your region: occupancy rates, audience ratings, capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, general management, consulting, or a fast-paced startup
• Strong analytical skills: you use data to make decisions, not just to report. Comfortable with
• Proven team management experience: you know how to hire, develop, motivate, and hold a team of 6–12
• Operational rigor: detail-oriented and process-minded, with a track record of improving execution
• Strategic mindset: you can zoom out from the day-to-day and identify the changes that would
