Project Reporting & Governance Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own and maintain the program's status reporting pack, ensuring information is accurate, consistent
• Consolidate, validate, and synthesize inputs from active releases, project workstreams, and
• Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, and governance activities
• Maintain comprehensive RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, owners, due
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, presentations, and other governance materials

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience producing executive-level status reports by consolidating information from
• Hands-on experience managing RAID logs, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies
• Experience maintaining decision registers and ensuring decisions are properly documented
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to transform complex program information
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity with Power BI or comparable
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to recurring weekly reporting cycles and
