📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules throughout the full project lifecycle
• Collaborate with project managers, team members, and key stakeholders to establish project
• Monitor project progress against established schedules, identify potential risks or delays, and
• Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, performance dashboards, and schedule updates
• Coordinate project resources effectively, helping ensure people and other required resources are
• Facilitate clear, consistent communication across project teams to maintain alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience as a Project Scheduler, Project Coordinator, or in a
• Strong proficiency with project management and scheduling software such as MS Project, Asana, Jira
• Exceptional organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear, concise
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to accuracy when managing schedules, project
• Ability to work independently, stay productive, and manage priorities effectively within a fully
