Project Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Maintains project timelines in MS Project and updates study team.
• Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, records and shares minutes.
• Manages CTMS tasks: milestones, enrolment projections, and tickets.
• Prepares and maintains study training records; identifies gaps.
• Establishes a study SharePoint site and manages access.
• Sends communications to sites and sponsors; supports safety disclosures as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent in business/science/healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Clinical Trial Assistant or Clinical Support.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Professional English written and verbal communication.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, Precision SOPs, and regulatory guidance.
