• Respond to inbound calls from prospective small business insurance customers
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options
• Generate quotes and support customers through policy purchase decisions
• Meet or exceed sales, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy details
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and company requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Must have completed high school or equivalent
• Must have an active property and casualty license
• Must have basic knowledge with using Microsoft Office suite
