📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end property claims from notice to closure.
• Investigate claims: policy terms, coverage, liability.
• Determine inspection method (virtual/field/third-party) by complexity.
• Conduct virtual inspections using video and AI tools.
• Prepare estimates and maintain thorough file documentation.
• Provide timely, empathetic service and negotiate settlements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of property adjusting claims experience.
• Experience writing estimates in Cotality or Xactimate.
• Write estimates from field inspection data, not only reviews.
• Active adjuster licenses or eligibility to obtain licenses; maintain licensure.
• Experience in a remote or hybrid claims environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google productivity tools.
