🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years property adjusting and customer service
• Estimates in Cotality or Xactimate or similar
• Active or eligible licenses in required states
• Remote or hybrid claims experience
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google tools
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation
