Property Management Accountant

📋 Description

• Provide bookkeeping and accounting services to assigned franchise business owners while maintaining
• Analyze financial information related to income, expenses, assets, and liabilities to assess
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports to support business
• Compile and analyze financial information and prepare entries for general ledger accounts, ensuring
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned franchise owners, building trust and maintaining
• Prepare, review, and assist with bank account reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting or General Business required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in property management accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, bookkeeping principles, and financial reporting.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand and consistently meet strict deadlines.
