Property Manager

📋 Description

• Overseeing the presentation, maintenance and compliance of the property portfolio.
• Building and maintaining close relationships with the client and tenants of the assets.
• Assist the client with the leasing of the portfolio, achieving and maintaining a zero-vacancy level.
• Preparation of all related contracts, reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence and
• Proactively managing the income and expenditure, as well as the financial reporting requirements
• Supervision of tenancy fit outs to ensure consistency and compliance with building objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager within commercial.
• Valid Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License.
• Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and
• Previous use of MRI management system (or similar) is highly regarded.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
