Property Preservation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop assigned staff, providing training and guidance to support
• Oversee vendor operations to ensure property inspections, hazard claims, vacant property
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor questions and concerns, ensuring issues are
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding operational challenges, regulatory changes
• Prepare reports and analyze operational data to track trends, monitor performance, and support
• Review and improve processes, procedures, and controls to reduce delays, resolve recurring issues

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is
• At least 5 years of experience in mortgage default servicing or mortgage banking.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience, including the ability to coach, motivate, and train
• Strong understanding of mortgage industry practices, property preservation, and conveyance claims
• Experience with LPS-MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) and familiarity with related mortgage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
