📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day project coordination and specialist support to Property Project Managers
• Coordinate and maintain project governance processes, including risk and issue registers, project
• Prepare project scopes, briefs, artefacts, and supporting materials while contributing to the
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and dependencies, identifying
• Support financial administration by raising purchase orders, processing invoices, tracking project

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in project coordination, project support, or project administration
• Experience supporting small property projects, including fit-outs, refurbishments, facilities
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities
• Proven ability to build positive and productive relationships with stakeholders across different
• Experience using project management systems and interpreting project information to identify
• Strong capability in preparing project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes
