Proposal & Bid Manager – Enterprise & Government Contracts

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, procurement questionnaires, government
• Analyze solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, mandatory qualifications, contractual
• Develop bid plans, response matrices, timelines, ownership structures, review cycles, and
• Manage government and public-sector opportunities through solicitation, clarification, negotiation
• Partner with Sales leadership and Account Executives on strategic opportunities, developing
• Support bidder conferences, clarification rounds, presentations, demonstrations, Best and Final

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, bid management, RFP management, enterprise
• Demonstrated experience managing complex RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, or formal procurement processes
• Experience supporting enterprise and/or mid-market B2B sales opportunities and competitive contract
• Exceptional commercial writing, editing, proofreading, and executive communication skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate
• Ability to interpret and translate complex technical, commercial, contractual, compliance
