📋 Description

• Collaborate with technical staff to produce proposals.
• Write and design proposals, presentations, and qualification materials.
• Lead strategy, kickoffs, and reviews with win themes.
• Coordinate with subconsultants on pursuits.
• Develop content and visual storytelling aligned with goals.
• Create impactful presentation materials for client meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in proposal and marketing in the AEC industry.
• Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and tasks for RFPs.
• Track record of deadline-driven proposals and presentations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Familiarity with local agencies (SCA, DASNY, MTA, DDC) and RFPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with follow-up skills.
