Proposal Specialist

📋 Description

• Support the development of customised proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs, collaborating with
• Review Sponsor requirements, gather relevant information and document assumptions to ensure
• Prepare initial clinical trial costing assumptions and develop CRO budgets using Alimentiv costing
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors and site partners to obtain costing inputs and
• Support the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs), proposal amendments and budget revisions.
• Assist with coordinating proposal timelines, internal contributions and deliverables to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience building clinical trial budgets within a CRO environment is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in proposal development, clinical research, CRO costing, Business
• Post-secondary certificate or diploma required; a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific or
• Good understanding of clinical trial budgeting, costing processes and proposal development.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a logical, process-oriented approach.
