Proprietary Trading Business Development Lead

📋 Description

• Provide exposure to digital asset products to traders and trading groups.
• Develop a pipeline of prospects for OKX’s trading network.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle with traders and OKX teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms, fees, rebates, and incentives.
• Coordinate onboarding of new accounts (KYC and docs) with Compliance.
• Represent OKX at industry events to build relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Established relationships with market makers or prop trading groups.
• 4+ years in BD or sales in trading-related industries.
• Experience with exchanges, brokers, or data providers.
• Proven ability to own a business line in Australia (Sydney preferred).
• Interest in digital assets and innovative financial products.
• Familiarity with API/FIX trading or willingness to discuss integration.
