Provider Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide compensation consulting and analytical support to Operations, Finance, Human Resources
• Partner with operational leaders to assess the Commercial Reasonableness of provider compensation
• Analyze compensation, productivity, benchmarking, and other relevant data to develop
• Support the design and analysis of specialty-specific provider compensation models, productivity
• Review provider contracts and related documentation and update provider workbooks with accurate
• Maintain and audit databases and payroll systems to ensure provider compensation, FTE allocations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in compensation, provider compensation, finance, data analytics, or a
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data modeling
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to work effectively with business
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings
