Provider Configuration Coordinator

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, test, and audit provider network data in our claims processing system to ensure
• Monitor, research, and resolve EDI (837D, 837I, 837P) failed claims queues in a timely manner
• Validate and process W9 provider tax forms
• Configure WelbeHealth’s standard rates for out-of-network organizations within the claims

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency; associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare claim system configuration
• Experience working with and maintaining provider network data in an electronic claims processing
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and
