Provider Network Management Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Identify, research, and build a robust pipeline of potential provider partners within assigned
• Execute outreach strategies to prospective providers, serving as a primary advocate for the PACE
• Lead the process of getting prospective providers to sign contracts, partnering closely with the
• Support the Network Strategy Manager in contracting with larger health systems, specialists, and
• Guide partners from initial training on plan policies and technology (e.g., Provider Portal)
• Establish strong, trusted relationships with contracted partners, leading Joint Operating Committee

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; professional experience may be substituted
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in provider relations field work; experience in a managed
• Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond in providing service to providers or partners
• Proven experience building trust-based relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders and
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
