Manage end-to-end product provisioning for our technical partners and new and existing customers
Manage our free trial initiative and ensure all participants are provisioning in a timely manner
Work closely with product and sales on new initiatives (Depos for All and Paid Pilot) to ensure
Act as the primary liaison for implementation partner requests
Maintain detailed documentation and tracking of provisioning activities and processes
Help maintain a clean customer database and assist with data auditing and clean up.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to shifting priorities
Proficiency in microsoft suite especially Excel
Candidates with experience in Salesforce preferred
