📋 Description

• Provide systematic caseload review with Behavioral Health Care Managers during weekly
• Recommend evidence-based medication and treatment plans to referring oncologists and primary care
• Conduct direct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits via telehealth for patients
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with attention to oncologic treatment interactions
• Serve as the escalation point for clinical questions from the care team, including risk and safety
• Support identification of patients needing a higher level of care and facilitate appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Colorado APRN license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Active DEA registration with Colorado state controlled substance authority
• Board certification through ANCC (PMHNP-BC)
• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited psychiatric mental health NP program
• Minimum three years of independent psychiatric prescribing experience with adult populations
• Comfort practicing via telehealth and working from an electronic patient registry
