📋 Description

• Lead and oversee hospice psychosocial services across sites.
• Promote high-quality patient and family care; advance practice standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality across the hospice division.
• Travel to hospice offices and service areas to support programs.
• Develop staff through education and resources for psychosocial care.

🎯 Requirements

• MSW from an accredited program (required).
• Meets state licensure (e.g., LCSW, MT-BC, chaplain).
• 3+ years people management in hospice/palliative care.
• 3+ years leadership in healthcare; hospice preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
