Public Sector Account Advisor

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their unique business
• Monitor account health, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues to prevent
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and explore
• Develop and execute account plans that drive growth and retention by identifying upselling and
• Leverage Geotab's data and analytics capabilities to provide customers with actionable insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management, customer support
• In-depth understanding of government procurement and the unique operational challenges of fleet
• Experience supporting complex contracts or operational projects, including cross-functional
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to meet FedRAMP and CONUS compliance requirements to support federal accounts.
