📋 Description

• Build and execute a proactive outbound strategy across public sector entities in Brasília
• Uncover mission pains, business impact, public budgets, and decision criteria using frameworks like
• Deliver tailored narratives and demonstrations mapping Elastic's Search AI, Observability, and
• Construct close plans, manage sales cycles, and drive predictable sales execution with 90%+
• Guide complex public sector procurement processes and secure multi-year commitments
• Drive high-value complex projects into net-new government logos and expand existing accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience closing complex Enterprise/Public Sector deals in SaaS, cloud, or
• Demonstrated track record of selling into net-new government logos and expanding existing accounts
• Deep familiarity with Brazilian public sector procurement processes, budget cycles, RFIs/RFPs, and
• Solid understanding of enterprise software ecosystems including Enterprise Search, Logging
• Mastery in applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks for multi-stakeholder deal cycles
• Ability to build strong relationships with technical teams, developers, and executive/governmental
