Review publications for quality and alignment with scientific communication plans
Partner with Scientific Communications Director for strategic plan execution
Manage outsourcing budget and internal resource needs
Provide managerial oversight to medical writers and external vendors

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; PhD, PharmD, or Master's preferred
4-5 years medical/scientific publications experience required
Demonstrated leadership abilities required
Ability to interpret medical data and knowledge of statistical concepts
Knowledge of publication regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
