Execute publication plans for clinical manuscripts, abstracts, posters, presentations
Review publications for quality and strategic alignment
Manage outsourcing budget and internal resource needs
Oversee internal and external medical writers
Provide performance assessments, training, and feedback to staff

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; PhD, PharmD, or Master's preferred
4-5 years medical/scientific publications experience
Pharmaceutical industry or medical communication agency experience
Leadership abilities and cross-functional team management
Knowledge of clinical publication regulations and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet navigation
