Lead cross-functional Publications Teams for assigned assets
Execute publication plans (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, presentations)
Review publications for quality and alignment with Scientific Communication Platforms
Partner with Scientific Communications Director for strategic plan pull-through
Manage outsourcing budget and internal resource needs
Provide managerial oversight to medical writers and vendors

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; PhD/PharmD/Master's preferred
4-5 years medical/scientific publications experience
Pharmaceutical or medical communication agency experience
Leadership and cross-functional team abilities
Knowledge of clinical/scientific publication structure and regulations
Excellent communication skills; Microsoft Office proficiency
