📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional Publications Teams for assigned assets
• Lead tactical execution of publication plans (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, presentations)
• Review publications to ensure quality and alignment with strategic plans
• Manage outsourcing budget and internal resource needs
• Provide managerial oversight to internal and external medical writers
• Ensure performance assessments, training, and talent retention for staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; PhD, PharmD, Master's preferred
• 4-5 years medical/scientific publications experience required
• Pharmaceutical or medical communication agency experience required
• Leadership capabilities and ability to understand medical data
• Knowledge of publication regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
