• Be the custodian of the game’s creative vision, tone, and player promise, and translate it into

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years working at the seam between game development and publishing or marketing, with significant
• Proven ability to translate creative vision into commercial activation without compromising either
• Fluency across business models (premium, live service, DLC, F2P) and multi-year roadmap strategy
• Cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence without authority across game and
• Strong player insight, audience segmentation, and community fluency
• Drive and operating range, comfortable moving from creative critique in the morning to commercial
