Purification Associate Scientist - HPLC

📋 Description

• Independently perform mobile phase preparation, column installation, and follow SOP for standard
• Perform robust analytical methods (e.g. HPLC purity, potency) following established SOP protocols.
• Perform purification using Cytiva Akta systems (Unicorn software) for material generation following
• Perform laboratory activities with a strong emphasis on safety and technical rigor, while adhering
• Support method development under the guidance of an experienced analytical scientist.
• Support the set-up and operation of a high-throughput liquid handler (Tecan Fluent) to screen

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with 1-2 years of
• Experience with HPLC and LCMS systems.
• Familiarity with Akta (purification, FPLC) systems.
• Demonstrated hands-on laboratory experience including pipetting, liquid handling, sample
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present technical
