📋 Description

• Provide coaching and generalist PX support to senior leaders globally.
• Communicate our people strategy with credibility and influence.
• Participate in team planning to align people strategy with business goals.
• Manage and resolve complex employee issues.
• Provide HR guidance across recruitment, onboarding, performance, remuneration.
• Drive PX programs such as succession, career development and recruiting.

• Proven PX generalist experience partnering with senior leaders in a global SaaS.
• Exposure to a complex/global environment.
• Remuneration, employee relations, diversity, performance, and legislation.
• Experience leading major change programmes.
• Senior stakeholder management with credibility and influence.
• Coaching senior stakeholders on complex people issues.
