Python Developer - HR Strat/Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy HR applications, workflow solutions, and internal tools
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation and
• Drive GenAI, workflow automation, and technology adoption initiatives within HR
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Apply modern software engineering and development best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of relevant experience in software development, workflow products, or internal business
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL
• Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, application architecture, testing frameworks, source control, and
• Experience working with data governance, controls, and model validation frameworks
