📋 Description

• Work on clearly scoped software engineering projects involving real-world codebases and development
• Projects may include debugging, feature development, refactoring, migrations, testing, and
• Debug and resolve issues across complex, multi-file codebases
• Implement new backend or full-stack functionality
• Refactor and migrate existing production systems
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites

🎯 Requirements

• 2–7 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Professional experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Working knowledge of at least one additional language such as Java, C#, or Go
• Backend or full-stack experience with production systems
• Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing
