📋 Description

• Own Tier 2 quality validation by reproducing reported issues, validating fixes, confirming
• Perform manual and automated regression, impact, smoke, and targeted retesting to ensure fixes do
• Support release validation for patches, configuration updates, maintenance releases, and other
• Build, maintain, update, debug, and execute automation scripts, including scripts created by other
• Develop automation scripts from scratch using tools and technologies such as Playwright with
• Test and validate custom .NET and Microsoft SharePoint applications alongside vendor-supported SaaS

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or enterprise application quality
• Strong hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing, including maintaining and
• Proven experience testing custom .NET and/or Microsoft SharePoint applications.
• Experience with automation technologies such as Playwright with TypeScript, Selenium with Java
• Strong understanding of defect validation, regression testing, release testing, smoke testing, and
• Experience with defect tracking and test management platforms such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or
