QA Chapter Lead

📋 Description

• Define and maintain QA standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Establish test strategies for functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
• Ensure quality gates are integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
• Lead, mentor, and support QA engineers (manual and automation)
• Plan QA resource allocation and testing schedules

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET)
• Leadership experience, ideally leading, mentoring, and growing QA teams for more than a year
• Deep expertise in various testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and
• A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking ways to improve quality, efficiency, and
• Agentic AI expertise - hands-on experience putting AI at the front of engineering workflows
