QA Portfolio Manager

📋 Description

• Define and maintain QA strategies, standards, and testing approaches tailored to each game's genre
• Manage external QA vendors across functional testing (FQA), compliance testing (CQA), localization
• Scope QA needs against production schedules and developer milestones, coordinating vendor
• Oversee QA vendor budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and cost variances to ensure services remain
• Act as the primary QA contact for external development teams, coordinating build and patch
• Conduct hands-on testing when necessary, verify bug fixes, assess issue severity, and produce

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in QA leadership, vendor or partner management, or production within
• Demonstrated experience managing QA service Statements of Work, vendor quotes, and external testing
• Strong understanding of FQA, CQA, and LQA methodologies, bug-tracking systems, and certification
• Proven ability to develop, review, and refine test plans for games across different genres
• Experience coordinating QA across multiple concurrent titles and external studios, with strong
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
