QAOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Define and promote quality engineering practices and automation standards.
• Build automation frameworks for UI/API/backend tests across multi-cloud via CI/CD.
• Improve automation coverage by converting manual tests to automated tests.
• Analyze results, telemetry, and quality metrics to identify risks.
• Support release readiness: QA sign-off and post-release monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong CI/CD knowledge with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in Go/TypeScript/JavaScript/Python/Groovy/C# with automation frameworks.
• UI automation: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress; API tests with REST Assured/Postman.
• Cloud-native infra on AWS and/or GCP; Docker/Kubernetes familiarity.
• JIRA, test management, and defect tracking proficiency.
• Troubleshoot web apps, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience supporting QA sign-off, release validation, and production readiness.
• Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
