QC Microbiology Analyst

📋 Description

• Perform environmental monitoring within manufacturing and process areas.
• Collect samples from high-purity water, clean steam, and compressed gas systems.
• Support daily laboratory operations, including inventory management and general lab upkeep.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of laboratory supplies, microbiological media, and reagents.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including autoclaves and controlled-temperature units.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, calibration activities, and related documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences.
• Ability to meet physical demands including routinely lifting objects of 25 lbs. or more, walking
• Relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
• Environmental Monitoring experience preferred.
• Microbial identification procedure knowledge.
• Knowledge of cGMP is a plus.
