Conducts mental health evaluations for customers identified as in need of evaluation as a result of

🎯 Requirements

Must be a licensed or certified health professional: Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
Four years clinical assessment experience that includes review of documents, bio psychosocial
Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven
Exceptional customer service and engagement skills; training or experience in motivational
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Experience with publicly-funded programs; TANF experience preferable
