• Completing all assigned transaction evaluation and attending all internal and external calibration
• Defining Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee
• Strengthening relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members
• Keeping management updated: Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of QA experience within the telecom domain
• Ability to work onsite at our Cairo location
• French, German or Spanish fluency
• Ability to work in MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pro-active ability in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members
