📋 Description

• Monitor and support production systems, scheduled jobs, data flows, and workflows to ensure
• Perform quality assurance reviews and audits on production outputs, data, and deliverables to

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in quality assurance, production support, auditing, testing, IT operations
• Understanding of QA methodologies.
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong general PC and system navigation skills.
• Familiarity with production systems, workflows, job scheduling, and incident management tools.
