Quality Assurance Analyst

📋 Description

• Ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently across integration partners.
• Communicate with partners and customers to gather documents required by the Pigment Framework.
• Use the analysis framework to deliver a first layer of automated qualification with AI.
• Understand, review, and validate business requirements and design architecture.
• Assess the robustness, quality, and accuracy of models configured for customers.
• Determine when to escalate issues to a Senior Architect and/or partner.

🎯 Requirements

• Structured and well-organized, with strong project management skills.
• Skilled at understanding and building complex systems (EPM, ERP, Data Warehouse).
• 1–2 years of experience in a technical role, ideally within software implementation.
• Experience with EPM technologies such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
• Strong communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical
• Skilled at translating data analysis into actionable recommendations.
