Quality Assurance Lead

📋 Description

• Establish and own the QA strategy, testing standards, reusable test library and release criteria.
• Create and maintain a functional map of the application, covering user roles, journeys, features
• Review Jira epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and release updates to understand the purpose
• Design and execute comprehensive functional, integration, exploratory and regression tests. Cover
• Analyse each release for its impact on existing functionality and dependencies. Prioritise testing
• Evaluate simulation behaviour, AI coaching, scoring and critique against learning objectives and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience establishing and owning a QA process for a software product, with examples of
• Strong hands-on manual testing skills and the ability to turn complex functionality and intended
• Practical knowledge of test planning, regression testing, exploratory testing, change-impact
• Working proficiency in Jira, including interpreting epics, stories, acceptance criteria and release
• Exceptional attention to detail, disciplined documentation and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Sound judgment and the confidence to hold a release, explain the evidence and communicate
