Quality Assurance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Spanish-speaking QA team in El Salvador, providing day-to-day direction
• Oversee quality assurance processes, standards, and workflows to ensure consistent output across
• Serve as the primary liaison between the El Salvador QA team and the Founding Partner, ensuring
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding quality standards, project status
• Identify quality trends, gaps, and areas for process improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Support onboarding and training of QA team members on processes, tools, and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required.
• Prior experience in quality assurance, with demonstrated ability to lead or mentor a team.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams or supervisors preferred.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating across time zones and in a cross-cultural, distributed team environment.
