📋 Description

• Conduct surveillance of workforce activities to evaluate policy compliance
• Implements continuous quality improvement via ongoing operations review
• Evaluates internal reports and provides required monitoring documents
• Reviews customer survey data regularly
• Communicates effectively with management and staff with diplomacy
• Provides monitoring reports to QA Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Fast-paced, confidential work environment experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate; able to use software for reports, stats, and databases
• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years case management experience preferred
• Directly related work experience in performance monitoring
